Refunds:

• Please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, due to our all sales are final policy. So please be sure that you are ordering the correct product variant; size, color, etc.

Damages and issues:

• Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info.aureusatelier@gmail.com  if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. 

WE will correct 100% of mistakes made on behalf of Aureus Atelier.

Please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country and are not included in our prices. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
